Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — free Priority Express Shipping: 3–5 business days — US$8 (shown in your checkout currency)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly from that email.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@lorenzopagani.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
